Fitness should be safe, effective and fun! I have always wanted my classes to feel accessible to everyone regardless of your age, experience, fitness or level. I have worked hard to build a fitness family where everyone feels seen and supported in their journey.  I will never forget that each person enters a class for their own reasons and I want every person to leave feeling successful.  So if you are a fitness junkie, brand new to exercise or anywhere in between please take a look at the classes on offer and get ready to enjoy!


Born in the UK in 2013, Clubbercise® has grown from a single class started by three friends to become one of the biggest concepts to hit the fitness industry!

Our mission is:

Clubbercise is more than just a dance class - the cleverly integrated cardio, toning, combat and plyometric moves increase the fitness benefits and keep participants coming back for more.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is a group exercise class using the original teachings, principles and exercises of Joseph Pilates, delivered in a modern and functional group exercise session.

Fitness Pilates addresses basic postural imbalances, improves back and core strength and enhances mobilitu and flexibility in a non-intimidating, fun and enjoyable class set to music.

It is an all inclusive programme designed to strengthen weaker areas of the body and is suitable for all levels of fitness and the general healthy adult.  

Fitness Pilates is not a rehab class and is unsuitable for individuals with diagnosed muscular-skeletel issues that require one tp one clinical application.

Rain's Mix Tape

One of the great benefits of running an on line timetable is the huge flexibility it enables me to offer our clients and my Mix Tape class is a great example of this.

Every week in this class we do something different. It enables us to explore an endless world of fitness options and have a great time in the process.

The class will always be suitable for everyone, filled with options for all fitness levels and always always be bursting fiull of fun along the way.
